Certified Adult ADHD Coach. Applied neuroscience practitioner. Published author. Speaker. Founder of The Anti-Cult Organization, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. And a neurodivergent adult who spent years applying the wrong solutions to the wrong problems before the penny finally dropped.
The systems weren't broken because I wasn't trying hard enough. The systems were broken because they weren't built for how my brain works. That realization is the entire foundation of how I coach.
My job isn't to fix you — because you were never broken. My job is to help you uncover your brilliance, disrupt the bullshit, and build something that actually feels like yours.
You already know what isn't working. The routines that don't stick. The advice that feels like it was made for someone else's brain. The question isn't whether change is possible — it's whether you're done trying to force yourself into systems that were never built for you.
This isn't about finding another one-size-fits-all solution. It's about seeing the patterns, behaviors, and instincts that make up your ADHD for what they actually are — strengths waiting to be understood and used. Because your brain isn't the problem. And once you stop treating it like one, everything shifts.
Those moments that feel messy, stuck, or overwhelming aren't failures — they're clues. We unpack them to understand what's underneath, in real time.
Your past isn't a record of mistakes — it's a map. We trace the patterns, uncover what's been holding you back, and use that insight to design systems built around your natural rhythms.
We start with what's real. What keeps breaking down. What you keep avoiding. What drains you and what lights you up. Then we figure out why — not with vague mindset talk or generic productivity hacks, but by looking at how your brain actually processes time, emotion, pressure, decisions, and task initiation. Then we build from there. Not someone else's system. Yours.
Masking isn't just exhausting — it's a slow erasure of who you are. For too long, you've been hiding parts of yourself to fit into spaces that don't make room for you. This isn't about learning to adapt better. It's about letting those walls come down and stepping into the freedom of being fully, unapologetically you.
Together, we explore the habits and beliefs that have kept you in hiding, reconnect with the traits you've suppressed, and build the confidence to show up authentically. Because the world doesn't need a filtered version of you. It needs you.
Masking may feel like survival — but it comes at a cost. The more you hide, the further you drift from the life that could truly feel like yours.
Not a therapist. Not a guru. Not the kind of coach who speaks in soft focus and tells you to manifest harder. Not the kind who needs you to stay struggling so you keep booking sessions.
Direct. Honest. Sometimes blunt. Will never tell you you're broken. Will always tell you the truth.
The job is to make myself unnecessary — to help you trust your own brain enough that you don't need anyone holding the flashlight anymore.
The nonprofit and publishing work focuses on naming the systems, scripts, and internalized beliefs that shape how people perform identity, productivity, and worth. The coaching practice is where that philosophy gets personal.
Stop performing someone else's version of your life. Start building your own.
